Reaching and exceeding targets and goals set for your city/area
Focus to continually increase the book size and profitability of the assigned area/city
Getting, tracking and converting leads/referrals from existing customers, branches, customer care unit to increase customer /loan base and cross sell products to customers.
Drive the day-to-day business through various activities and manage all promotional activity in your area / city
Review and ensure clients document completeness
Responsible for ensuring the overall process of loan disbursement gets completed to the client
Handle various Business Loan products and implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth through company branches.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
