Job Responsibilities :-
1. Hands on experience on the entire project life cycle in terms of Scope assessment.
2. Strong experience in handling the Operation team with prior experience in managing 10-15 people
3. Should have prior experience in customer support, product deployments
4. Plan and manage projects, aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive SLAs, meeting timeline s and budgetary targets to enhance bottom line gains
5. Proven expertise in setting up new business, ramping up existing process including
strategic planning, capacity planning, hiring & knowledge transfer
6. Engage with multiple stakeholders
7. Preferably from start ups.
