1. Understanding of the client & their business along with their competitors
2. Understanding of Job/Position/Skill Set required by client
3. Sourcing of profiles as per the client requirement
4. Interviewing of Shortlisted candidates and arranging their various level of interview (TI/F2F/Video) with client
5. Coordination with client and candidate from sourcing to till joining and further till replacement period.
6. Researching on profiles and client on daily basis for better delivery
7. Meeting Targets & timely submission of MIS/Report
Required Candidate profileGraduate with at least 1 - 3 years experience in Non IT recruitment or Fresh MBA with 0 - 2 Years experience in Non IT Recruitment.
Must have good communication skill along with Interviewing skills.
Must be go-getter and interested in result oriented job nature.
Must be open for learning of new way of recruiting
Must be a challenge taker
