Job Description

As a Team Leader for Mutual Fund Specialists, your primary responsibility is to drive mutual fund business by leading a team of Mutual Fund Specialist who is responsible for cross-selling to the existing customer base as well as acquiring new customers for the organization through referrals. The role will report in to the Regional Head for Investment Solutions.

The MF Specialist Channel is responsible for about 10% of the lumpsum target of mutual fund business and about 20% of systematic investment plan (SIP) target. The main responsibility of this channel is to grow mutual fund business by cross-selling to existing clients either through face to face situations or through telephonic conversations or both.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any stream with good knowledge of financial markets
NISM certification is a must
Atleast 3 years of work experience dealing with mutual funds through working for a broking, asset
management or bank.
A good understanding and knowledge of financial planning, personal finance and mutual funds is a must.
Team Management experience a plus
Strong communication & written skills
Strong analytical skills to interpret business information
